The Area 2 meeting held this past Saturday 3/23/14 in Beaufort, SC was a success! 33 Zontians and 2 guest attended with 9 first timers!! We also raised $1130 for the ZI Foundation! the Beaufort Club did an outstanding job of hosting and Lt. Governor Karen Pati was in attendance. Wonderful Meeting! A big THANKYOU to all who participated in front and behind the scenes! We Appreciate your untiring efforts!! ZONTA ROCKS

We Sincerely Appreciate each and every Women who exerts herself in Advancing the Status of Women. These are Our Reciepents for 2014
1. Alexandra Lewis for Economics. She is a young professional working for Colonial Life, who works with Junior Achievment to consistently provide economic education and teach young adults about this subject.
2. Christina Wakefield for Professional. She works in AVP Field Development for colonial Life making it her mission to hire and develop women in the area of leadership development and strongly suports women taking on leadership roles.
3. Mary Audrey Ackerman MD for Health. She is an Oncologist with SC Oncology Associates, who gives a great deal of her time and knowledge to her patients who face this difficult health issue.
4. Eugenie Parker for Education. She is a guidance counselor at AC Flora High School and has worked well with our club in informing and motivating students there to apply for the YWPA Scholarship.
